These Terms and Conditions apply to the Coco Recorder app (“Application”), developed by MalakInfo (“Service Provider”), offered as a free service.

By using this Application, you agree to the following terms.
Unauthorized copying, modification, extraction of source code, or creating derivative versions of the Application is strictly prohibited.
All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

Use of the Application

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application useful and reliable.
We may update, modify, or improve the Application at any time.

The Application does not collect personal data.
However, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and preventing unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses Google Play Services as required by the Play Store.
Please refer to Google Play Services Terms for their policies.

Internet & Charges

Most features of Coco Recorder work fully offline.
If you use any online features or share files using your data connection, you are responsible for any charges from your mobile provider.

Device Responsibility

You must ensure your device is charged and functioning.
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application is unavailable due to device issues such as low battery or hardware malfunction.

Updates

The Application may be updated to meet newer system requirements.
You agree to install updates to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if requested.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page.
